Bill is a 1963 graduate of Emory University in Atlanta.
He founded Lee Resources in 1987. Bill's father owned a building
supply business and he spent 19 years as part-owner of BMA of Greenville, SC.
Bill is a highly sought-after speaker and consultant throughout North
America. He writes a monthly column for Prosales and Building
Material Dealer magazines.

Bob received his BS degree from Clemson University in
South Carolina. Immediately after
receiving his degree in 1984, he joined Enterprise Computer Systems, Inc. Bob
joined Lee Resources in 1995 as an executive recruiter.
On January 1, 2000, Bob was named President of Lee Resources
International, Inc. In addition to
his duties as President of Lee Resources International, he continues to manage
LumberSearch and facilitate industry specific roundtables.

Lynn Schwarz - Vice President

Lynn is a graduate of Miami University
in Oxford, Ohio. She also received a Masters in Human Resource Development from Ohio
State University in 1996. Lynn served the The Ohio Lumbermen's Association for
ten years as Director of Membership & Education. Lynn speaks the language of the
building supply industry. While she serves all aspects of the company, she
is specifically responsible for marketing our speaking and consulting services ,
as well as heading up our psychological
testing services. Lynn is a certified Kolbe consultant.

sales people, managers and executives to achieve
their goals and to "be their best".
Ed graduated from Michigan State University and earned a degree in
Business Administration. Throughout
his career, he has attended and led courses in marketing, management and
personal coaching. He is a graduate
of Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and a member of The International Coach
Federation (ICF)
