In 1987, Bill sold his interest in BMA to found Lee Resources, Inc., a
consulting, training, publishing, and psychological testing organization
serving manufacturers, distributors and dealers in the building materials
industry. Bill and the team of professionals he has assembled have developed
and conducted over 550 seminars, workshops, and consulting assignments
throughout the United States and Canada.
Bill publishes People & Profit$, a national newsletter for the building
materials industry and Contractor Advisory, a publication aimed at educating
builders and contractors. He also writes a monthly column for Prosales
magazine. In all, Bill has published over 300 articles in various
publications, and he has been quoted in both Financial World and Forbes
magazines.
Bill combines motivation and experience to captivate his audiences. His high
content seminars have affected literally thousands of business owners,
managers and salespeople in the building materials industry.
In 1993, Bill was recognized by his peers by earning the coveted Certified
Speaking Professional (CSP) designation from the National Speakers Association.
